California based Ryland Homes had announced the grand opening of Sweetwater – the developer’s newest community that houses affordable luxury homes that starting from $250’s.
The new venture from Rayland allows its inhabitants to enjoy deep canyon views and gorgeous rolling ridges of Texas’ Hill Country.
Opening celebrations will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday, the 23rd and 24th March from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 to 5 p.m. respectively. Guests will also enjoy a lunch on Saturday that is catered by Dogs of New York, flowed by sweet treats on Sunday from Amy’s Ice Cream.
Ryland offers nine floor plans in the Desirable Lake Travis Area that range from 1,669 to 3,074 sq. ft. Five of the plans are new designs together with two beautiful models. The fresh home designs will help in maximizing the views of the area while providing outdoor and indoor living that is flexible.
